What types of images do you accept?

For the best results, high-resolution images (PNG or JPEG) with good lighting and clear details work best. Screenshots, low-quality images, or heavily filtered photos may not produce the desired outcome, therefore we do not accept them.

Do you offer quick revisions on designs created by other designers?

No, we do not revise or edit designs that were not originally created by us. Every designer has a unique style, process, and file setup, which can make adjustments time-consuming and complicated. To ensure the best results, we recommend investing in a fresh design that aligns with your brand’s vision and needs.

What if I don’t like my design?

We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the final design aligns with your vision. If major changes are needed beyond the included revisions, additional design time may be required at an extra cost.

What’s your refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of design work, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring you’re satisfied and will work with you to refine your design within the included revision rounds.
